About us

We are not just another recruitment firm.

We believe recruitment should go beyond filling vacancies — it should create lasting value for both employers and employees.

After over 10 years of experience as an HR Generalist and Human Resource Business Partner — across recruitment, talent management, performance management and organizational development — our founder saw a recurring challenge in the Nigerian workforce.

On one hand, thousands of talented young professionals were trapped in jobs that didn’t match their abilities, forced to settle for survival instead of building meaningful careers. On the other, organizations continued to struggle to find competent, work-ready employees despite a large pool of job seekers.

Made People Consulting was established to bridge this gap. Our mission is simple: connect the right talent with the right opportunities while helping organizations build high-performing teams. That is why we launched the Made People Academy — preparing candidates before they enter the workforce with the practical skills, professional etiquette and mindset employers expect.

Founder’s note

People have always been at the heart of every successful business.

Over the past 10 years I’ve had the privilege of building my career across the real estate, automobile, agriculture and hospitality sectors — recruiting exceptional talent, developing high-performing teams and creating HR systems that support sustainable growth.

My academic background in Law has strengthened my approach to HR, giving me a deep appreciation for Nigerian labour laws, regulatory compliance, and workplaces that are both legally compliant and people-centered. As a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN), I’m passionate about sound corporate governance and ethical business practices.

One challenge has remained constant: employers struggle to find competent, work-ready professionals, while talented individuals struggle to access opportunities that match their abilities. That reality inspired me to establish Made People Consulting — and gave birth to the Made People Academy.
